Great Expectations Prenatal Course (in The Hague)

Comprehensive course designed for internationals. Complements pregnancy excercise with information on care options in the Netherlands, preparing for labor, physical skills, pain relief, role of birth partner, hospital procedures, breastfeeding, postnatal support, babycare, postnatal life. A baby massage course is also available. Courses last 7 weeks followed by a postnatal reunion. Childbirth preparation class for first time parents are scheduled to start each month, normally on a Wednesday. It is recommended you book your place on the course between 18 to 20 weeks of your pregnancy and is planned to start around week 28 of your pregnancy.
